ISO50 and the Dark Side of the Lens

Scott Hansen is a San Francisco-based graphic designer (ISO50) and musician (Tycho) with a nice retro style that reminds me of the visual imagery I was surrounded with during my childhood in California. He has a clear influence from Bauhaus-style graphics and the matte dull colour posters from the 1960's and 70's. There's an interview with him on Grain Edit.

Normally I just enjoy looking at his design work but recently one of the ISO50 regular contributors made a post about a video called The Dark Side of the Lens which is "filled with absolutely breathtaking shots". They're right. Watch it. Kudos to Mickey Smith and Allan Wilson for this beautiful piece of work.
